Who we are
Zeraschi’s: The Garden Solution is a landscaping business run as a sole trader in North London. We’re responsible for the personal information you give us through this website.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, phone number, postcode and the service you’re interested in, and — if you choose to give them — your budget, notes about your garden, and photographs.
Photographs may show your property, neighbouring properties or vehicles. We don’t publish anything you send us without asking first.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. We rely on this being a step you’ve asked us to take before any contract is agreed. We don’t use your details for marketing, and we don’t sell them.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website, runs the enquiry form, and stores your enquiry and any photographs. Its spam check may process your IP address.
- Resend delivers a notification of your enquiry to our inbox.
- 123-reg is our email provider, so enquiry notifications and our replies pass through its email service.
- WhatsApp (Meta) handles your message if you choose to contact us that way.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where your information leaves the UK, it’s protected by the safeguards in their data processing terms.
How long we keep it
12 months from our last contact if no work goes ahead. Six years after a project finishes if you become a client, for tax and legal records. Photographs are deleted along with the enquiry.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Email info@thegardensolution.com and we’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

This site doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies. Our spam protection may set a cookie that’s strictly necessary to keep the form secure.
